improve fuel mileage

I hope you have changed the plugs/boots ,looked at your fuel trims . Cleaned throttle body and maf . Maybe time to change o2 sensors as they control fuel ratio. The amount of load you carry maybe reduce. . Clean fuel injectors or replace with new. How easy are you on your driving . Big tires are not for mileage.
But its like when I owned a corvette - the man told me-if you need to check fuel mileage you shouldn't own one . Its not a compact car for mileage.
My truck is a work horse but its still a nice 5500 pound nice ride .
