Edge CTS2
I'm trying to use a new CTS2 on two of my 6.0's. It will work on the F250 and will not on the Excursion. My AutoEnguinity will connect to the Excursion, the CTS2 will not . Any ideas? Contacted Edge, they cay it's not connecting to the Excursion, sav it's a vehicle issue.

is it up to date through fusion
are there any blown fuses in the ex
when you say connect... it's just the monitor right? this isn't a juice module?

Just a monitor, connect to the OBD2 port, tried to connect to Ford CAN and stops. Fuses appear to be good. Will have a mechanic connect his Snap On scanner, see what happens. Had Fusion updates with help from Edge.

did edge do a targeted update and restore to factory?

Device was cleared, reloaded. Have it working with Edge help. Works great. good people.
