I came across this thread today and it got me thinking about my dash......went out to take a look and to my surprise it appears I also have been blessed with dash warp. WESTTEXAS did you end up inquiring about a class action? I've already had to address chrome running boards bumbling and pealing on a vehicle 2 years old and now this!!!

Are you still under your 3/36? My premium ESP won't pay for the dash or my peeling running boards😡

Here's the F150 TSB. Quite a bit of labor. Must have to tear the dash apart.

Is this still an issue with the '19-'20 Super Dutys? Or have those trucks not sat around long enough to exhibit this issue?

My dads F150 had it off the lot so I'm guessing it doesn't take long.

I think I might live with the warp vs having someone tear my entire dash apart. See the attached procedure noting the last image. I'm sure I'd have dash rattles after they did this operation.

I cannot imagine trying to chase down other issues after having some of the dealer "techs" go through your entire dash. I hope they determined a fix for the issue on the '21 trucks.

Like was said above, hard to believe that companies are still having issues making a dash that doesn't crack and warp.

I was concerned about that too but it’s been 6 months since they replaced my dash and all is well. I had to redo the wiring I had run to the dash tray but other than that, they did a good job. Haven’t looked lately to see if it’s warping again. Maybe I shouldn’t!

I just went out and checked my 17 F250 King Ranch. I do not see any evidence of warping, but mine is garage kept. I suppose this should be 'was' garage kept since new Jeep now occupies the space the truck was in. Hopefully my sunshield will continue to keep warping at bay.

I'm reading that the warping is only happening on XL and XLT trim levels. Your KR is hopefully safe.

Unfortunately I'm just outside the 3/36. I had to go to 2 different dealers to get the chrome running boards replaced. My truck is a lariat so maybe the dash warp problem isn't just isolated to XL & XLT models.

2018 f250 limited warped dash

Good morning, has anything come of warped dash repair from ford. I have seen a couple posts on super duty's with this problem, mine has been garage kept when not driven. I would really like to get fixed without paying thousands. Any input on repairs and solutions is greatly appreciated.
