Trailer TPMS Help

Need help. I have 2020 F-250 with 5th/gooseneck prep and Ultmate Trailer Tow. Towing Sundowner tandem axle gooseneck. TPMS sensors mounted by my local tire shop. I have Goodyear Endurance tires...all 4; noted to have double steel belts. My question is....will the sensors function. Truck does not sense the TPMS receiver. It does display the trailer camera. So, are the sensors a bust because of the tires, or do I need to get the truck coded for trailer TPMS? Also will be looking for the yaw/TPMS/camera cable....anyone find it yet? Thanks

Mine work fine. 19 f350, and 16 inch Goodyear Endurance tires. I think you may be referring to them not working on steel carcass tires. I will add that mine didn’t work until I towed it a few miles.

What is the difference between steel "carcass" tires and steel "belted" tires? Surely the Ford sensors will work on a 2ply steel belted radial trailer tire??...I hope, because that's what I have

The YAW harness came with the truck, it's also the same harness that accepts the TPMS if no camera is needed. Do you have the TPMS receiver installed?

I just had Goodyear Endurance tires installed on my trailer and had the sensors installed also and they work..... AFTER you follow the tire learning procedure in the instructions that came with the kit.You have to follow the instructions on the display for each tire individually. It helps to have an assistant.
