I’ve had a 1975 F150 for a couple years that has basically just sat. I hung it up in a tree and disconnected the transmission linkage. I’m really new. I’m not great at mechanical stuff. It’s something new I’m trying and my grandpa owned his own shop/gas station back in the 60s/70s. When he passed I got all of his tools and I feel the need to wrench with them.
here’s the truck. I think I want to take off the flatbed and put an actual bed on.
Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated. maybe lift a little.
Welcome to FTE, before you get all wound up to take that flat bed off, you better search for a regular bed to put on it. That might be an issue locating a good one that is not going to cost you an arm and leg.
