Leaf spring clunk
I’ve noticed on my 16 F-150 when I’m backing out of the drive I get a clunk sound. I can replicate the sound by jacking on side up in the rear I hear a pop. I think it’s the spring isolators but not sure. Has any one tried a product from ATQ they make some that are supposed to be much better than stock.

I sprayed mine with wd 40, lithium grease, and the dealer put some unknown stuff on it the last oil change. It's quiet for awhile but always came back. And make sure you spray where the springs contact that rear clamp.

It really only happens when the suspension articulates like when giving out of the driveway. It doesn’t do it when just going over bumps that I can hear. I can replicate the sound by jacking one side of the rear I hear a pop.
