Tires

I just got a 2014 extended cab 4 wheel drive F-150. When I plugged in the vin number the info said that I had 17 in tires, but I actually have 18 in tires. 18 in is also indicated on the drivers side door panel. What does this mean.

It means not everything on the door tag is 100% OR the VIN decoder you used isn't accurate.

Others with the same truck will have some input---if what's on there now is working for you don't sweat a small discrepancy like this---enjoy the ride!

Ford offered 3 different diameter tires in 2014...17"...18"...and...20".
