Slow cranking

My truck takes 15 seconds to start the po put a light bar on and I’m wondering if it’s constantly drawing power my truck is a 1994 f150 302 and automatic transmission what do you guys think

So you have crank the starter/engine over for 15 seconds before the engine fires off?

yes it starts out slow and picks up speed until the truck finally fires

How old is the battery? Has it been load tested?

Have you inspected AND verified the battery cables and connections, positive and negative, are clean and tight?
