Question for those using a SCMT on a V10
What kind of fuel mileage increase did you see with the chip installed? I'm talking about the real increase after you stopped punching the gas at every green light! I'm curious if the increase in mileage compensates for the cost of changing from 87 to 91 octane gas. I have one coming in the mail any day now. I would like to share the good news of the fuel mileage increase with my wife before she finds out we have to mortgage the house to pay for gas!! Thanks in advance!

Well, hate to break the news, but in my case there was no increase in fuel mileage - And I really couldn't notice the power increase - keep in mind it's pretty minimal on a V10 - the PSD is where you see real increases...
The only benefit I saw from the SCMT was the transmission shifting.
