All years ('00 - '05) Excursion seats will directly interchange, any F-250/350 front seats from '99 through '07 should also but no F-250/350 second row seats will be a direct swap, seat designs, functions and mounting points are different.

11'-16' seats will fit in front and are significantly more comfortable than the stock seats.
Super Duty variants are a direct fit, but will need to be wired in.
F-150 variants are slightly smaller (better fit for those under 225lbs), and will fit with seat base modification. Will also need to be wired in. F-150 seats MAY be able to fit the rear seat locations without mods, but I haven't yet verified this.
