C/B SPEAK from back when

Once upon a time, the civil band radio channels were a strange place to hold a conversation because the language was so off the wall.

"CHOKE AND PUKE" = Roadside Diner

"Bubble Gum Machine" = Police Car

"Ten 100" = Taking a Leak

"Ten 200" = (throw a roll of paper out the window as you drive on by)

"County Mounty" = Local Police

"Bear" = State Patrol

- and so on....

In this thread, just to bring back the good ol' days - let's use the SEE-BEE slang from once upon a time!

You got the one Greywolf here, we five-bye, and outta here (ten-ten on the side) by - by - by....

PS: No long winded explanations allowed, talk as you would on the radio back in those days!

I got one hand on the wheel, and the other on my trucker clock.

(Got a vague idea of what it means. If you feel the need to delete this post, do so. I won't mind.)

I'll be bobtailing on the backslide after I drop my refer in the big D. I'll make some time up if I don't get stuck behind a dead pedal or get a blue slip from the boy scouts.
