01 f350 question. I own a 2001 f350 7.3 regular cab stake truck and need a new bench seat. The seat is beyond repair. Wondering what years, make, and models fit? I was told 99 to 05 - f150,f250 and f350 will all fit with no mods. Can anyone please verify what years and models will bolt right in for my 01 f350? I dont mind any style as long as it bolts right up thx.
I have a 2008 f 350 Super Duty with manual 40/20/40 vinyl seats. Driver side is the seat I need. No head rest. What other models will fit and can I take all seats out and replace with a bench seat?
1999-2016 Super Duty seats will bolt in with the exception of the 2011-2016 front center jump seat as there are 2 holes needed to mount in the front of the jump seat.
I have had 2005 King Ranch and 2011 Lariat seats in my 1999 F350. I had to punch 2 holes for the jump seat. In my 2000 Excursion I had 05 Harley seats for a while but my wife hated them so went back to stock seats as they are more comfortable. I had 05 Lariat Extended cab seats in my 99 F250 too.
In terms of plug and play unless your truck is a special order Lariat doubt you have much for wires under your seat. Not sure if 01 Super Duty had heated seat option or even power passenger seat. At any rate if you did newer seats you'll need to wire them in. 2002-2010 use the same foam and are not very comfortable. 2011-2016 are very comfortable but the higher trim seats have A LOT of wires which require a fair amount of modifications or the $800 Swap Helper Seat Helper kit which I have for bench testing seats. Most high trim 08-10 seats will have memory making the driver seat a bit of job to wire in. The same is true of 02-05 high trim Excursion driver seat.
As far as wiring the interchange years for the most part are 99-01, 02-04, 05-07, 08-10 & 11-16. Of course heated and not heated will be different.
I have a dozen or so sets of seats currently for sale but nothing for the front row only as other than 1 set of 11-16 black lariat extended cab seats only have crew cab and Excursion seats in stock.

Thank you very much for this valuable info! My 08 is a no frills truck. Manual windows ,seats, no cd player. Typical farm truck. The shops want $600 to $1300 to do one seat ! Trying to buy one seat but unable to find?

$600-1300 to redo one seat seems high. There are aftermarket cloth, vinyl and leather covers on ebay as well as aftermarket and OEM foam. Swapping foam and covers is easy, there are videos online on how to do it. Make sure to supply your VIN if you order new covers to ensure it's the correct cover. Guessing it's gray vinyl XL seats?
