I have a new 03 f350 supercab and the doors are about to drive me crazy with all the noise. dont know how to describe it but it sounds like the rubber gaskets around the door are flexing with the truck body every time i go over a little bump actually just rolling along makes the noise . Does any body have a fix .I am taking it back to my dealer but i am worried they wont be able to do anything.
Java,
If you haven't already tried, do a search and you should find a few thread on this subject. This seems to be a common thing on the SC. If I find the thread I'll post it.

I tried all the recomendations on my '03 Ex and the creaking continues...
It IS maddening to get a $50K list vehicle that sounds like that !!!
Any slow off-camber dips/bumps cause flexing of the body which makes the doors MOVE - I can see it in the drivers door every time I turn up into my driveway from a 45 degree angle on the street.
Have brought it back to the dealer twice and they will get ONE more chane at it.
The Ex is great otherwise, but something in the door hardware of the Ex and SD's allows too much movement.
1 - adjust the striker plates to tighten the doors
2 - apply a coat of Door Ease or a similar lubricating product to the rubber seals around the door, (DO NOT USE ARMOUR ALL OR WD-40)
