If the entire radio display is dead, it's a VERY common problem. You can try to find some YT videos and DIY the repair if you feel comfortable w electronics and soldering, or you can send it out for repair. I used Factory One Radio (you can purchase their service on eBay, they send you a box) and it was a positive experience. Lots of others doing this, too, and they're probably fine but I wouldn't know
