Heated mirrors

Wondering if anybody has successfully converted to heated mirrors? Other than the mirrors, of course, and the temp controls with the defrost button is there any parts needed or will the harnessed all be plug and play?

I find it interesting (sad really) that there are so many posts with questions that nobody on this forum bothers to answer. Good luck.

I added trailer towing mirrors to my '09 XL, (XL is my code for 'farmer truck", no power windows, no power mirrors, no power door locks) had to make the wiring harness to use power mirrors, puddle lamps, turn signals and the heat function.. since my XL does not have a defrost for the rear window I had to make my own timing ckt...

If you have any questions let me know, I have the wring diagrams for my '09. Be patient, I might not be able to check in for a week or so.
