Another new
Hello from Western Washington,
I just picked up a 2005 Ford F250 XL Crew Cab Long Box 5.4 Auto 4x4. I sold a 2006 Silverado 1500 Extended Cab to buy this. I've been in Chevys for about 7 years now and Toyota's before that, so I'm a little out of my comfort zone, but so far I'm happy. It's my first crew cab, my first full size Ford (I had a ranger for a while when I was in high school) and my first 3/4 ton. It's not a daily driver, just going to be a spare vehicle for dump runs, hauling firewood and taking the family camping. I'm not really planning on any major mods, just want to keep it on the road. Maybe add a tilt steering column if it's not too involved of a project and I wouldn't mind a manual transfer case. Anyways looking forward to putting some miles on my new (to me) truck and being a forum member for the first time since my Toyota days.
