Yes. If it were my truck I would tear everything bent off, leave the front spring mounts and axle attached and start measuring to see how far out of square it is. Id cut out the bent portion of the frame off and replace it with either donor frame or c-channel formed from plate steel. If the frame is bent in a dog leg and the frame rails aren't parallel to each other Id pull all the cross members and make them straight. Pretty straight forward repair just takes some time making sure it all lines back up like stock. Dont be afraid of cutting and welding a frame.
*edit. Leaf spring center bolts still look to be intact, that is another plus.
Yes, about a 50 MPH speed difference, guy never touched his brakes. I'd like to put a flatbed on it and use it for ranch errands because I have a sentimental attachment to the truck and it's worth spending some money on, to me. I just don't know if it's fixable or not.

I think the axle is ok. I've driven it as fast as 20 moving it around the ranch and it feels ok. It still looks square also. The damaged shock is from the exhaust getting pushed into it. I was hit from behind, on the back left, while turning.
