I’ve got a 1994 f250 with the 351 w E4OD motor runs great buyback trans has issues so I parked it until I can manual swap it I found a guy who wants to trade a 100k mike 7.3 turbo for my motor, I also needed a cab and I found a cheap cab in good shape that was for a 7.3 with manual transmission. What all do I need still fuel system parts? How easy or hard is it?
depends on what "7.3 turbo" it is. if it is an IDI engine, it is all mechanical and can be put in damn near anything easily.
if it is a powerstroke, you will need the complete engine and cab wiring harness with computer.
And the diesel-specific fuel system. Even with an IDI I don't think I'd attempt this without an entire donor on hand. So many little bits and pieces you're going to have to find otherwise.

You will need a FULL wiring harness from headlight to taillight, including the cab harness, ECM, transmission, fuel system and every accessory that goes on the engine. Basically a complete donor truck
Well all the engine accessories are there and the cab was for a diesel truck so I’ve got the computers planned on buying a six speed trans already and believe it’s an idi

I highly doubt someone parts a truck and let the ECM in place. But there are not computers on an IDI. 6 speed would be a complete waste of money behind an IDI
From what I’m told everything is there but I haven’t seen it in person yet. The 7.3 Is a 95 just like the cab. I wanted the zf5 and I found on everything for $300 but I’ve been hearing the zf6 is better, I’ll stick with the five speed
The final ratios are pretty much the same between the two, the 6th just has the few few gears steeper. Not needed that ive noticed. I row the the first 3 going through an intersection from a stop. I looked into it myself awhile back because I thought it'd add another overdrive for better highway use....nope.

95 is a powerstroke.
Sou you need a full chassis harness, engine bay harness, engine harness, dash harness, ECM, IDM, transmission, Full fuel system, engine mounts, radiator support, radiator , etc, etc, etc
I think a 12v would be a better, easier swap than a Powerstroke ( F600 and larger actually got them ).. But if you can even trade a $250 351 for a 7.3 PS, then go for it, even for just flipping it for a Cummins
