There was a thread on this a couple weeks back. You might be able to find it with the search button at the top of the page.
Ford sells a cruise control kit and I'm sure that there are aftermarket ones but I'm not familiar with them.
If you could find a truck at a wrecking yard with cruise on it that might be a good option too except that you'd have to figure it all out by yourself without instructions like a kit would have.
You'd need the steering wheel switches, brake pedal switch, the switch on the master cylinder, the servo/control assembly, cable, brackets etc.
