Always look for the ALI certification.

I got a 12K BendPak off of Amazon of all places, it was a third party who sold it but through Amazon so my 5% cash back counted. Was actually the best deal at the time and shipped free. It came on a full semi that had a dozen or so of them. They started in CA and he worked his way East delivering them, said he was finishing in NY at a car shop who bought 3.

I'm building a garage now. I'd really like a mohawk lift but considering I'm more of a hobbyist it's hard to justify breaking $10k. A mohawk 2-post support-less lift with hydraulics and electric in-slab was definitely in my head when I started the build. Now that I'm as far in the build as I am I don't have the stomach for it!

My floor pour is actually next week, so I'm reaching the point of nearly no-return. already marked out for where I'm thickening the slab... foam and radiant about to go in. I've settled on an atlas platinum PLV-12 which is ALI certified. Yes it's an atlas. STFU.

I bought a Worth 12k 2 post list recently and I really like it. Worth Equipment - manufacturer of ground lifts & tubing benders They are 100% American made and are made very heavy, 2800 lbs for a 12k 2 post. It is not ALI certified, which doesn't concern me but might concern some. I also got it shipped to my door for $4590, which is an amazing price, but I do think they had a discount at the time. The problem is they are very slow, they will quote you 6-8 weeks and it will take almost 14-20 weeks, so be prepared. I ordered mine right before the pandemic and I'm sure that slowed it way down, but it took about 20 weeks. I've read other people have similar results for the wait, but I still would buy it again. It also only has 2 stage arms, which hurts it's ability to fit under low vehicles.

Mohawk looks like a top of the line lift to me.

Due to the low ceiling height in my shop I went with a Dannmar MaxJax M6. I was really leaning toward a GrandPrix 2-post from Bendpak but due to my 10' ceiling height and the top bar it would have had a lower lifting height than the MaxJax. The 6,000lb lifting capacity is more than enough for the type of stuff I do at home and have access to other larger lifts if need be. Being able to unbolt the posts and having quick attach ends on the hydraulic lines make moving the unit easy and simple.

I had an 80s era 2-post lift at my old place but I don't have the ceiling height here. I currently use a BendPak LR-60P for most of my stuff and another table lift for the Gold Wing. I wanted this one https://www.bendpak.com/car-lifts/lo...ifts/lr-10000/ but at the time, I could not get it delivered to a residential address. When it comes to tire rotations on the super duties, I use my four floor jacks and do it in the driveway... They deliver them now so I need to swap these out and I would be set.

Been happy with my Danmar. I also picked it up on Amazon Prime, so free delivery and 5% back with my Amazon credit card
