Rotors
Looking for tips on buying rotors and pads for my 2000 Exc. I would also like to know any HOW TO tips. I plan on doing this myself by Thanksgiving. Would really appreciate a reply from someone in Houston, Tx so I don't have to pay a crazy shipping fee from out of state. Thanks ahead of time....

I'm in the houston area, you can check out diesel performance near the race track (Sam Houston Parkway). They don't have brakes, but I bet they can give you a shove in the right direction when it comes to that. Anybody on FTE would probably reccomend the ART High-Peformance Rotors. Members of this forum get a discount of some sort, so look into that. I hope this helps.

Thank you Toreador_Diesel and Monsta for your responses. A.R.T. is running a special on the rotor/pad set. Maybe I can even get an extra discount for the ford-trucks.com affiliation. Toreador_diesel, please reply with the name of that diesel performance place near the race track, I am hoping you are talking about the horse track on Fairbanks and the Belt, I live right down the road from there.
