Well since you have to take everything off the top of the engine to get to the HPOP you might want to think about replacing the oil cooler and do an EGR cooler delete. While you have the turbo off you might want to open it up and clean the unison ring and veins. It just depends on how deep you want to go and how much $ you have to put into the repair.
Also a good time to:
1. Replace the IPR filter screen
2. Update the turbo drain tube
3. Replace intake gaskets
4. Replace HPOP J-tube, aka, discharge tube
5. Update HPOP cover with one that has clearance for the J-tube
6. Replace intake manifold with newer model that doesn't have the bridge at the back or go with a ported O'Dawg model.
And if you're doing the oil cooler, here's a few things to consider:
1. Make sure to do a thorough coolant system flush BEFOREHAND
2. Its a good time to update the turbo oil line to the solid steel tube, if it hasn't been done already.
