Turn signal issues

I have a 2004 f250 that I recently switched the utility bed out for a flat bed. Now my turn signals both blink but only when my foot is on the brake. Has anyone experienced this or know what I might have done. Any help is very much appreciated!

I had an issue where both rear lights would blink if I used turn signal. PO put in an aftermarket harness in the rear and turned out was a wire in there. Not sure if it could be similar.

Check your ground circuit for the back of the truck.
