what kinda hp and torque could i see using the stock 1984 non electronic 300 6 carbs and having one for each cyl using n efi lower manifold and having the carbs holes welded on to work, and also using a efi dual exhaust and port n polish the 300 exhaust and intake ports, i have 8 or 9 of the oem vacuum and manual controlled carbs that have complete adjustment,
Not much. You would be way over carb'd at low revs with a carburetor not made for single cylinder duty. If you could get it to run, it would probably start to run fairly decently about 3000 rpm.
How about if i under jet it a little bit, say i can get it to run about the same as a stock one at idle maybe a lil rich idle what kind of power can i see? trying to keep it realistic

You actually need to OVER jet when you have too much carburetor to prevent a overly lean issue.
Big carb on small engine causes lower air velocity though the booster. That causes the booster to draw less fuel than it normally would. You need to use larger main jets to compensate for this.

Would 2 ft long with a 1 1/2 " diameter larger resonator be effective to create a vaccum for consistent draw or should I eplxperiment because it hasnt been tested
