5.4 help

07 5.4. Started my truck after setting a month.and did like always high idle then backfired and run like crap. A rat took of running... So popped the hood and seen a nest under intake.. Wire chewed to knock sensor... Ok pulled intake. Replaced sensor. And a couple other chewed wires to abs sensor no big deal... Fired up. And still run like crap... I figured why not change all timing components phasers solenoids. Etc.. Run like crap still. P0018 p0022. So pulled apart advanced the cam and got a whole slew of codes. Multiple misfired rich etc on bank 2... So pulled again and retarded cam a tooth. Back to. P0018 p0022. So pulled again. Triple checked all timing. Still same codes... I'm about to burn it.. Bad new parts? Maybe missed a chewed wire? About to just pull valve cover and use a chain breaker to advance the cam again..... Bank 2 driver side. Driving me nuts... Any suggestions? Anyone have ECM pin locations to check if I missed a chewed wire to cam sensor ?
