1995 F150 351w cam and upgrades?

Hey everyone, looking to do some small upgrades while I’m doing some repairs and have parts of the engine apart, I’m looking for some decent power, but no high horse engine. Looking into some shorty headers (emissions), performance exhaust, 1.7 roller rockers, and maybe cam and lifters. Bone stock engine. Any recommendations?

The factory roller cam is already fairly good, and will be made slightly better with the 1.7 ratio roller rockers.. Your money would be better spent on a set of better cylinder heads, like GT40s. These few upgrades, plus headers and better exhaust, will put you at the edge of what the factory 19# injectors are capable of supporting.

If I decided to do the rockers, exhaust and headers now, and did the gt40 heads later on (budget), would there still be a decent power gain or not so much without the heads? Thanks
