I dont see the issue...looks like it tows like a dream. On a given RV trip, we see a handful of people towing like this...we give them a wide berth.

 

It’d be way more interesting if his buddy showed up and actually talked about some of these court cases resulting in life sentences (!) for causing a wreck while towing over loaded.

I don’t know that it has or hasn’t happed but this topic always seems to bring about “You’ll get sued or your insurance won’t pay” yet no one ever produces any documentation or anything to back that up.
