After market cd changer

I have a 2002 F250 with AM-FM cassette and want to install a Sony 6 disc cd changer. Do I need a special wiring harness? I do not have installation instruction for cd changer.

how does the cd changer get its signal to the deck?

You will need to purchase a harness to connect to the factory harness, no big deal - 5 bucks at walmart.

There is a company owned by audiovox called prestige audio that makes a cable to fit right on the facrtory deck to control thru it
