Need Help!!
Well my 07 6.0 started running like crap. I have no ideas as to what could be wrong with it because its not throwing any codes. I've scanned it and tested a handful of sensors I thought it could be off the top of my head. And nothing. So hopefully you guys can help me out. It is idling real choppy and rough. Putting it in gear and driving it feels almost like there's no power and its still very choppy. The engine bucks and kicks like a bad mule the whole time while rolling really thick black smoke out the exhaust pipe. Once the turbo spools around 1.8-2k it seems to smooth right out and run normally. But it takes a long time to get the rpms that high. Hopefully somebody has an idea!! I'll be posting a video link with this post shortly after this post to maybe clear things up. Thank you for any ideas!!

What are you using to scan for codes? Forscan works well, Torque Pro is ok too, but may other devices aren't so great. Really need data to trouble shoot. I had similar symptoms which turned out to be two bad injectors, super clogged EGR system, and a dirty worn turbo with sticking vanes. But that was mine, you need to test and get some solid data, guessing is expensive. Good luck, Russ
