Bad coil packs
Never had this happen before but...
just got a CEL a couple weeks ago that was intermittent. Pulled the code and it’s for a misfire. I couldn’t ever feel the truck misfiring so took it to the dealer. 5 out of 8 coils are arcing and now their replacing all of them.
not gonna lie, I’m a little disappointed because this isn’t covered under warranty (currently at 54k miles).
ill let you know if this actually fixes the misfire problem but I’m at least glad it isn’t as costly as replacing a DPF or DEF related issue on a diesel.

Similar problem on a 2017 F250 King Ranch 6.2L @ 15K miles. Misfire codes (P0300, P0303, P0307 and P0316) at startup, though seemed to start fine. Dealer checked all coil packs. Replaced #3 coil pack and plugs. No more issues. Was fortunately still under warranty.
