you might want to look into getting a Bluetooth OBD dongle and the forscan app to see if there are any codes stored and go from there. Other things you can look for are lose uvch, chaffing on wires going to 42 pin connector that rubs on the driver side valve cover, check the ipr tin nut to see if its loose. I would probably check the IPR first
when i I replaced the IPR i didnt see any problems.
what is the ICP?
ICP sits on top of the driver side valve cover, unplug it and see if there is oil in it, if so replace it, check the pigtail too , it gets crispy from heat!
If you are not the original owner of the truck consider opening the checking the sensor pigtails; open the wire loom farther back than you normally would to replace the pigtails to make sure someone previously hasn’t screwed up a pigtail replacement.

the company bought it new i came to work here 8 years ago i don't think any pigtails have been changed but i will check....
