Ok so I have a 2002 ford f250 5.4l so I broke my flywheel driving home one day. Replaced it but while I was waiting for the new one to come in I changed my valve cover gaskets new water pump cleaned the intake manifold and new oil cooler. Got everything done and put back to geather and went to fire it up and it just turns over I've checked my spark ( it sparks) got fuel to system compression checks out. I've checked all my plugs and everything is plugged in any help would be great. Thanks
Right, start with crankshaft sensor. If it needs to be replace the you’ll have to loose 3 bolts from the a/c compressor in order to get to remove the sensor.
or at least in my 2008 f150 is behind it, Im not not sure about your location exactly.
So I got my hands on a scanner and it shows there are no codes. And it wouldn't start with the cam sensor pluged in. Scratching my head on this one. Case now the gauges dont work but the fuel pump does and want turn over now
So after some digging around I replaced the ignition switch and got my gauges back but still no start I can get it to turn over if I jump it off at the starter but want run any ideas as to where I should go next help please

If this van ran well before you did the flexplate replacement and it doesn't start now more than likely you've left something unconnected---its unlikely something broke or suddenly failed while the repairs were underway.
What trouble shooting process did you use to determine the ignition switch needed replaced? What do you mean "turn over when I jump off starter"?
So I've been trying different things to try and figure out the no crank issue. All relays, neutral safety switch, new sensors for the cam and crank, a new ignition cylinder, starter alternator, and probley other new parts. But still nothing has changed. And it ran fine after the new fly wheel. Drove it to my brothers and then to the store a total trip of 20 miles and parked it at the house and hasn't cranked since. Is there something I'm missing. The only thing left I can think of is the pcm. And thanks to everyone thats trying to help!
