Rear bumper!
Hey guys I managed to crumple my rear bumper on a small tree while slowly backing up I can’t believe how soft it hit and how much it crumpled up, back up sensor beeped twice just as it hit, lot of help that was. Tree survived without a mark.... Anyhoo I’m now looking for something that will take a slight hit and not squash like a tomato, problem is up here in the great rust belt I’ll need a unit that is well protected from rusting. Thanks!

I think they make it like that to absorb a collision.
But anyway lots of aftermarket options or you could just replace that one side as they come as 3 pieces. I have got them off ebay before pretty cheap.

Yeah it protected the tailgate that’s a point. I’d like to say the tree was put in intensive care but it came off Scott free... I don’t don’t think the leaves even shook..Ranch hands look good but they seem to have an issue with rusting.

I know Fusion Bumpers you can request them to be made in aluminum for an extra charge, means no rust!

Was thinking about something like this I think it’s a ranch hand sport, but it would probably have to be painted to protect it better
