It looks like it had a fairly good life, much rust on the lower portions..?

It was last registered in 79. The drivers side looks really good. Passenger side needs some more attention, both fenders are rougher, but saveable. Cab corners look good, the door bottoms are solid. Both steps sides are rough, might just buy new aftermarket ones. Floor was completely hacked out, might buy a pan or try to make my own not sure yet.

plan is to pick it up Wednesday, get it home and have a better look, also it has a metal bed floor, but I looked underneath and I can see the original wood floor, thought that was interesting...

Are planning on keeping it original or putting a new drive train in it..

Oh and the guy said it was parked in a silo.

New drive train. The original motor and trans is gone, clean slate

It has a grain door Mickey moused/ hacked into the tail gate, I’ll be undoing that right away, lol

Was likely a gate in decent shape too I suppose and butchered. I've seen Mercury gates like that too..

It’s just below the stamped “ford” on the tail gate, so I might be able to save it I hope.

Any company you would recommend for getting new running boards?

I bought mine from Midwest Early Ford but if you want to save on shipping try the Old Car Center in Langley BC

just got it home, looks rougher then I remember, lol

might need a passenger rear fender too

Hey Brett, Bert's auto wreckers has one of those trucks in his yard, not sure of the condition but you can see it from the highway..I have a passenger door too...

I hauled her home yesterday, that’s a 460 I grabbed while I was out there under the tarp in my truck
