New Aussie F350 build thread
Hi All,
Nothing to report quite yet, but I have owned a ripper F350 flat bed dually for a couple of years, that I bought as a work vehicle.
I was recently prompted by my factory's body corporate to "remove my derelict vehicle"......
Well now it's getting fixed up as a bit more of a fun vehicle, so I reckon I'd better document it.
It's currently a flat bed with 351C and 4 spd manual.
Stuff already done
Alloy Radiator with Ford Falcon thermofan
New brake booster, master cylinder, brake hoses, caliper rebuilds, etc
New alternator
New windscreen
New truck tyres
Stuff happening now
Change to Aussie BTR 4 speed auto (kinda like AOD........kinda)
B&M shifter
Twin turbos, Blow through carb, rising rate FPR, shorty exhaust headers (mounted backwards),
Progression Ignition
New seat vinyl, new rubber floor mat
Swap meet tub and tailgate
Paint Job in company yellow colour (think Mooneyes)
90% of parts have now arrived, so Yippee!!!!! Here we go!
