They are easy to install if you have air tools...took me about 45min tops.
If you don't....invest in a large 1/2" or 3/4" breaker bar. Fan and shroud comes out. Put a screwdriver in the flywheel to keep the motor from turning when pulling the crank pulley bolts. Pull them, put the new crank pulley on, retorque them. Water pump one is super easy to change. Alt pulley will require impact gun to R&R.
8-12rwhp I'd expect, seems to be the average for pulley sets. I have the ASP ones. Good for about 0.10 sec time reduction in the drags.
I was also possible looking into getting some underdrive pullies. I was just wondering if they increase HP and tourqe at low end , mid, or high. Cause I really would like to increase my low end power.
