Does anyone have a usable code for Palisade Green? The paint shop here in town does not have codes past the 1970s. They called PPG and they didn’t have the code on record anymore either. They gave us the closest code they had, so I got a few ounces mixed up. Unfortunately it isn’t very close.
Any green is a great color for trucks I think! All of these old colors they have a nice look to them.
I just gave my body shop the numbers as well as the name and they were able to look it up. They tweaked ever so slightly based on some of the interior which wasn't getting painted. But I think they really nailed it!

If I had it to do over, I think I would go with a solid green. I think most of the issues I've had were with the metal flake. I would lean toward the Meadow Green, but the Palisade Green does look really nice.
If there is any original Palisade Green somewhere on the truck, most paint shops will "scan" it to come up with the formula. I had it done and the match was perfect. No charge for it, either. Likely somewhere that is untouched/hidden from sun's rays.
