Frame off

I'm about to start a frame off restoration of a 1957 F-100. was considering going to suicide door set up. Has anyone seen this done on this truck?

Thanks for photo. I know its going to be a lot of work but worth it i think. the truck I'm working with is actually a 1956 F100. I'm Dissecting the 2010 mustang GT at the moment for the powertrain. bought it as salvage for a donor car with only 43K miles on the motor.
I think having fuel injection and power steering would be good.
