There was a guy I met a while back that had a dual TRIPLE trailer (3x dually axles) with a 30k gvwr. He pulled it with a GMC 2500. The trailer was used to move a skid steer, tractors, and a large telehandler. The time I saw it used it was the 2500 pulling the telehandler. Quite an impressive sight. He didn't have as much weight forward, it was better balanced than the picture here. Though, some times the trailer was pulled with a class 8 - there was a kingpin to goose ball adapter he used for that application.
