Master cylinder issue

I am hoping someone can help that may have experienced this issue. For the purists, I apologize for what you’re about to read. I just installed disc brakes on all four corners, ran new brake lines and put on a new Wilwood master cylinder. I bench bled the MC and reinstalled on the vehicle. However I can’t seem to get fluid to pump from the MC to the car. The pedal won’t get hard and the fluid levels seems to be staying the same. Any clue as to what the issue may be? Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't know what kind of bleeding system that you are using but if you go to the caliper bleed screw and open it say about 1/4 turn and use a clear hose that fits snugly over the bleed fitting and stick the other end of the hose into a bottle or a cup filled with enough brake fluid to more than cover the hose end, are you seeing the brake fluid and air bubbles flushing through when pumping the brakes?
Also you may need to bench bleed the master cylinder again if it ran out of fluid.
