2012 3.5 P0430 Error

2012 3.5 P0430 Error
I am continually getting the P0430 code on my drivers side. I have already replaced all 4 O2 sensors and replaced the Cat on the drivers side. I changed the plugs about 15k ago along with the air filter. For the life of me I cannot figure our why this is popping up and turning on the CEL.

That's why I'm here. Looking for what other things that could be causing the code. The truck will pass all the emissions tests after driving for a while.
