2002 7.3 rusty coolant

The Ford VC-1 has a lower pH than any consumer level coolant flush. How do I know this? I actually spent a couple of hours the other day downloading all the SDS for each product sold on Rock Auto and others. Ford's is 8.2 (IIRC) and all the others are between 10-11.
