OK, you 04 F150 guys, just a question. I heard that Ford put a welded crossmember in the frame, would this be the member under the tranny or farther back on the frame. I am a auto mech. and try to keep up on new vechs. but live over an hour from the nearest Ford dealer. It just doesn't seam right to weld in the tranny crossmember, so please tell my that it is a different crossmember. Thank you for your time.
