1994 3.0 4BYE AUTO BOUGHT THE VEHICLE INSTALLED REMAN ENGINE HAS A CODE 336 EGR CIRCUIT TO HIGH TRUCK RUNS GOOD BUT THE SURGE AND BUCKING WHILE CRUISING DRIVES ME NUTS ALSO ONLY GETTIN 19MPG IS THIS AS GOOD AS ILL SEE FOR MILEAGE TRUCK HAS 96000 MILES ON IT

Plugged catalytic convertor(s)? Take it to a muffler shop and they can do a back pressure test. Did one on my Aerostar for free. They were plugged. Surges gone now.

I would run the pinpoint tests for the code before doing anything else.
