Ok. I really doubt that my brother has a junk block anyway if that is all you want right now. But later on when you really want a good one then he has several. I can't say if he is going to let any of them go, but it won't hurt to ask. I do know he has at least a couple of the mirror image 105 blocks. I looked them over several years ago, but didn't look for the reinforced webbing so I can't say if they are heavy duty blocks or not. The chances they have the reinforced webbing are good or he wouldn't have bothered hanging on to them so long. Until a last year he had a super nice standard 428 Cobra Jet crankshaft. I would have loved to see him build an engine with that, but he only wanted to build engines to use in work trucks.

The FE engine Faq page will be nice to have when someone is looking at an FE engine and trying to identify it. I'll see what I can add to it.
