I'm with Ross, use a 3/8 or larger bolt hole if you can. I usually use a lifting link or a bolt with a large washer through a chain link. I've used a come-along to lift one end in a three point setup to be able to tilt the load. Probably overkill in this case with no cab in the way. Good luck and be safe.
