01 5.4 2v cats?
I am trying to figure out if my cats are clogged or is my fuel pump bad or bad regulator. Getting code p0141 tested fuel pressure 30 psi @ idle. But goes to 0 immediately. Also have loss of power and rough idle

A local exhaust shop will usually do a free backpressure test to check the cats. They drill a small hole in the pipe and use a pressure gauge, them weld up the hole after the test. The P0141 is usually a bad O2 sensor internal heater. When you say the pressure drops to zero, do you mean as soon as the pump stops?
