02 F150. 16" cyclone wheels. Bought a running 97 for parts. Both 16" wheels, but my 21MM impact was too big on the older one. I checked and the threads are different. Can I still use these rims?

Measure the lug holes' diameter at the small side and the big side, as well as the spacing between bolt holes. If they're the same then you should be good. Maybe if you want, post a picture of one of each type of lug nut sitting on a ruler for us to look at.

The '02 runs 14mm studs, the '97 runs 12mm studs. If the ''97's wont go over the '02 studs simply run a 9/16 drill bit through the holes.
