Pretty sure the instructions are on their website. https://midfifty.com/instructions.php I’m surprised they didn’t include them in the package. There’s a chart for how deep your fuel tank is that you use. Now that you say this my latest order didn’t come with tootsie rolls.

ok I just called mid fifty again. They sent the gauge instructions. Not the instructions for float level preparation. So has anyone used this fuel sender before. Not real comfortable with mid fifty right now.
Thanks
Jerry

I asked her if it’s the link for the vdo sender. She said no. Now I have to look it up and check it again. This is like the third time I got bad information from mid fifty. And no instructions in the box isn’t good even if it’s on link.
thanks

Jerry, I have been dealing with them this past week with the same results. They told me three times that they would have someone call me back. Never did. I finally used the "Contact Us" link and Diane got back to me. She told me Employees were all working from home which was creating some issues. Also, the phones they seem to be using were very delayed and full of static. Not sure what is was up with that. For what it is worth I did not get any Tootsie Rolls on my last two orders either. Must be this COVID-19 nonsense!

The mid fifty fuel sender I think is the Vdo fuel sender. I asked is the instructions they are emailing me is for the vdo sender. They said no that wasn’t what I neede it. So basically I’m getting bad information. Not real happy with the service.
thanks

I understand I could look it up. But you spend your hard earned money for a part. And when you get the part there is no information that it’s the right part and how to install it. Then you call mid fifty up and ask why there where no instructions? And they tell you we will email you the instructions. And they don’t. So why offer to do this? I understand it’s a pandemic but even before I started to notice they where slipping.
thanks

thanks
