Rhino V Boxliners
Golddig here, how's the 04 , Lariat , do you like the new motor?
Yep, that's a tough choice we all have I guess. You know , our trucks will be around for a long time , and Rhino , I found out this morning, would void my trucks warranty . So , my vehicle will also have the Ford liner for 6.5 box . Expensive , at $ 375. Canadaian,
but Garanteed , not too rust my box.

Yes , the Ford dealership some how , here in Canada , say's that the finish has to be roughed up , then the Rhino applied to the interior of the box , somehow he would not give me a paper stating that the procedure is OK , by Ford . I did not argue on the fact that Rhino was a good and proven product. He just said if the
Rhino , product , decided to start bleeding rust through , (probably wouldn't) , on a new vehicle , somehow Ford would not be held responsible, I said Ok, order my liner .
Ok, now , you are in Colorado , maybe , Ford has different rules there , than Canada . I don't want too stir things up , check it out, and get back too me and everyone else, ok. Please do not panic , Ok.

And Golddig.....I will let you and everybody know much more about my truck (engine, drivetrain, ride, handling, fit, finish, etc.) as soon as I take delivery of it. It is being built today in the Kansas City Plant, and my delaer told me I should have it 1 week to 10 days from the day it is built.....
Hello , MidwestMike , just a reply on the Rhino for your vehicle, you may not require the procedure if your truck inner wells are plastic , the 2004 Ford f150 , lets say. What style and make of vehicle do you have ?
Fanman2 , the free liner sounds good , but may not apply to my vehicle here , I am happy too read that you are getting yourself a truck

" web site is mostly B.S. except the denting part. It does not void warranty at all, nor does it affect leases. The spray ins do not rattle and genrally from a wholesale standpoint, make the truck worth more. Also...from a quality standpoint...look at Line-X. They are much more durable than the competition...and the whole deal should be well under $400.00.
Good luck

I asked the dealership if , I could have a signed paper from Ford , he said no , about the paper , I picked up the box liner to-day at 2:00 pm , installed , $317.00 Tx included. That's what Ford payes here . I'm happy , that's it .

so sorry you think this site is BS , what makes any vehicle worth more is how the owner takes care of that vehicle.
[B]My dealer sales representative just called to tell me that FORD is giving me and/or ANYBODY who buys an '04 F-150, a "coupon" for a FREE FORD drop-in bed liner, installed FREE of charge by the selling dealer. That will save me about $210.00 on the TOTAL purchase price of my truck. And this offer of a FREE FORD drop-in bed liner is too good of an offer to pass up; I am DEFINITELY going with this FORD "freebie".....
Did you ever get your "free" drop in? I'd like to hear more about that
The "free" Ford drop-in bed liner is a www.Ford.com website, e-coupon offer, for anybody who test drives a new F-150 (between October 20, 2003 and November 30, 2003) and then buys it or another new F-150 from the dealer's stock.
